These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AB Torch mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using AB Torch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Purpose of the Application

AB Torch is a flashlight application designed to provide light-based tools through:

  • The device’s LED flashlight

  • Screen Torch mode (full white screen illumination)

  • Strobe mode

  • SOS emergency signal mode

The app is intended for personal, everyday, and emergency use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AB Torch only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Use the app in a manner that may cause harm to yourself or others

  • Use strobe or flashing modes irresponsibly or in dangerous situations (e.g., near traffic or individuals sensitive to flashing lights)

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • Prolonged use of the LED flashlight or screen torch may cause:

    • Device overheating

    • Battery drainage

    • Reduced device lifespan

  • Strobe mode may cause discomfort or adverse reactions in sensitive individuals and must be used with caution.

AB Torch is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as the sole source of light in critical or life-threatening situations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The developer of AB Torch shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, device damage, data loss, battery issues, or physical discomfort.

You use AB Torch entirely at your own risk.

5. Advertisements and In-App Purchases

If AB Torch includes advertisements or in-app purchases:

  • All payments, subscriptions, and transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  • The developer does not handle payment information and is not responsible for:

    • Payment failures

    • Purchase refusals

    • Subscription cancellations

    • Refund decisions

All billing-related issues must be addressed directly with the respective app store provider.

6. Updates and Modifications

AB Torch may receive updates that:

  • Improve performance or stability

  • Add, modify, or remove features

We reserve the right to update or modify the application at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination of Use

You may stop using AB Torch at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

The developer reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the application, temporarily or permanently, without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, logos, and code associated with AB Torch are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
